Patrons of Soboba Casino in San Jacinto seem excited by the daily specials at a new restaurant, the Luiseño Grill.
That may be because the specials menu frequently includes the words prime rib.
Recently, the restaurant offered an open-faced prime rib sandwich from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $5.95.
There is a Sunday prime rib dinner special for $9.95.
Weekday breakfast specials cost $4.
The regular menu includes sandwiches and burgers for $5.75 to $8.50.
Soboba also has a café that is open round the clock and a coffee shop that sells pastries, pizza and milkshakes with freshly scooped ice cream.
