AGUA CALIENTE: The Steakhouse adds new fall menu choices

|

When the seasons change many restaurants also make changes to their menus.

The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa has recently added four new items to its fall menu. They vary from pork to pasta and range in price from $7 to $33.

The angel hair marinara with parmesan is now available as a $7 side dish to accompany entrees.

Rigatoni with pancetta and chicken features sliced chicken breast tossed with rigatoni in a vodka tomato cream sauce with pancetta, tarragon and basil. It is served over asparagus spears and is $24.

The veal and porcini canneloni is $28 and has manicotti stuffed with veal, cepe mushrooms, ricotta, parmesan and fresh herbs. It is baked and served with a tomato demi-cream and complimented with white truffles.

Finally, the dry-aged double cut duroc pork chop is $33 and is made with duroc, a pig also known as the "black angus of pork." It is served with a bourbon-apple-pear chutney.

The Steakhouse hours:
Sunday - Thursday: 5-10 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 5-11 p.m.
