Country legend Willie Nelson is known for his raucous shows full of classic music and hilarious banter. He will bring his good time show to Fantasy Springs Resort and Casino Friday, March 1.
Nelson's many hits include "On the Road Again," "Always on My Mind," "My Heroes have Always Been Cowboys" and "Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow up to be Cowboys."
Nelson was at the forefront of outlaw country and formed The Highwaymen with Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson and Johnny Cash. The super group went platinum and traveled the world on tour.
Before he became an artist in his own right, Nelson was a prolific songwriter notably penning the Patsy Cline classic "Crazy."
He is also a successful actor, counting appearances in the films "The Electric Horseman." "The Dukes of Hazzard" and "Half Baked," as well as the TV series "Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman" and "Monk" among his 37 roles.
