For the last six years comedienne Kathy Griffin has spent her New Year's Eve tormenting her good friend, CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, as part of the network's coverage from Times Square.
When I spoke with her about her Nov. 3 show at Pechanga Resort and Casino, she joked that she doesn't feel she's done enough to get Cooper fired from CNN and that if she returns this year he should be prepared for the worst.
"I think it's time I officially got him fired, that would be my goal this year," she said. "I've done everything from swear to take my dress off. I'm sure I've offended every possible group."
"As long as Anderson Cooper still has a job at CNN I know I really haven't been offensive enough," she said.
