Agua Caliente Casino Resort and Spa and its sister property Spa Resort Casino have taken their menus upscale for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Grand Palms Buffet:
All the buffet trimmings with roasted turkey, leg of lamb and pineapple rubbed ham at the carving station. A full seafood offering and special desserts including vanilla pecan bread pudding, creme anglaise, pumpkin swirl chessecake, hazelnut creme brulee and of course pumpkin pie. The $26.99 price includes champagne.
The Steakhouse:
Dinner special includes deep fried turkey from a 24 hour brine, roasted red garnet yams with pecan brown sugar butter, whipped mashed potatoes, sage brioche stuffing and cranberries. Spiced pumpkin creme brulee or apple pie a la mode are dessert choices. Thanksgiving menu is $37 per person.
The Steakhouse:
Meal begins with butternut squash and granny smith apples soup. Dinner includes roasted turkey, sausage and sage bread stuffing, cranberry and orange relish, mashed purple sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts with dill. A special dessert is included in the $38 price.
