World famous chef Gordon Ramsay has just opened two more restaurants in Las Vegas.
Fresh off the success of Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas, the Scottish chef will return to his roots with Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesar's Palace.
The restaurant will serve classic British pub food including scotch eggs, pub spots, fried egg sandwiches and of course fish and chips. On the grill side offerings will be a little more sophisticated with Scottish salmon, lamb T-bone and potted triple chocolate trifle.
With 24 beers on tap and 63 varieties available in bottles, the pub offers guests plenty of choices. Servers are educated in beer pairing so they can help diners make the best decision.
Across the street at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, Ramsay goes in a different direction with Gordon Ramsay BurGR.
As the title suggests, BurGR turns the classic burger on its ear.
Among the specialty burgers offered are the "Hell's kitchen" burger with asadero cheese, roasted jalapeno peppers, avocado and oven-roasted tomato and the Chantrelle burger with chanterelle mushrooms, arugula and figgy-onion jam.
The restaurant also has a unique offering in pudding shakes. They take a traditional shake and add flavored puddings into the mix. Flavors include coconut pudding with strawberry shake topped with a chocolate cookie and chocolate hazelnut pudding with coffee shake topped with a praline cookie.
Ramsay is a well known chef who has owned or run over 20 restaurants around the world and is a best-selling author of over 20 books. He is most well known for his popular TV programs "Hell's Kitchen," "Kitchen Nightmares," "Masterchef" and "Hotel Hell."
