LAS VEGAS: Nobu Hotel at Caesars now open

Caesars Palace's upscale hotel Nobu has officially opened.

The boutique hotel is an extension of the famous Japanese restaurant and is partnered by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Robert DeNiro.

Upon arrival at Caesars' main valet, guest are escorted to their room and checked in via iPad by a Nobu concierge. Room design features organic and natural Japanese elements, with a focus on neutral tones.

Nobu guests are treated to many exclusives including: priority reservations and VIP access at Nobu restaurant, VIP access at Pure nightclub, private pool access, Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace App and 24 hour in-room dining menu.

The menu features Japanese style omelettes, green tea waffles, Takumi burger and Nobu fries, sashimi tacos, black cod miso and green tea brulee.

The highlight is the Las Vegas Strip's first Nobu restaurant. It's over 12,000 square feet, with three teppanyaki tables, a sushi bar and private dining room.
