SAN MANUEL: Soul Jam gets funky March 21

Classic soul and funk bands will converge on San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino Thursday, March 21 at 7:30 p.m.

Atlantic Starr, Zapp, Tavares, Manhattans, Rose Royce, Peaches & Herb and Carl Carlton will perform their classics.

Atlantic Starr is known for love songs like "Secret Lovers" and "Always," Tavares found success with "Heaven Must Be Missing an Angel," and the Manhattans recorded the break up classic "Kiss and Say Goodbye."

Peaches & Herb are famous for the make up song "Reunited" and dance hit "Shake Your Groove Thing."

Rose Royce gained fame when their songs "Car Wash" and "Next to You" appeared in the '70s film "Car Wash."

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster for $30, $40 and $50.
