The spread: The Buffet at Harrah's Rincon reopened as "food theater" 13 months ago after a lengthy makeover. It features more than 200 items from American crab legs to dim sum and handmade Mexican tortillas.
Interactive stations include a create-your-own pho.
For dessert, the Buffet offers guests a variety of baked goods as well as gelato and cotton candy.
