The course: The Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians purchased Soboba Springs Royal Vista Golf Club from the Honolulu-based company Waterhouse, Inc. in December 2004, fulfilling a tribal dream to own the course that bordered its reservation.
Architect Cary Bickler, a protégé of original course designer Desmond Muirhead, re-imagined the course, which now features completely renovated bunkers, including 25 new bunkers, laser-leveled teeing areas and new tee boxes on each hole. Also, waterfalls, rock walls and streams were implemented to enhance the look of the course and extensive tree work increased the long views ... Voted Inland Empire Magazine's Best Places to Play for 2008. ... Host to the Nationwide Tour's $1 million Soboba Golf Classic and the California State Open.

Clubhouse: At 32,000 square feet, it features a signature restaurant, The Maze Stone, and banquet space for as many as 350 guests, as well as terrace dining and a private dining room. A wedding arbor was built outdoors with views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
