The third annual Inland ICON semifinals competition, produced by WBZB Entertainment, will take place at the Corona Civic Center Theater Saturday, April 10 at starting at 8 a.m. Qualifying auditions have taken place throughout Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties for several months.
The semifinals will be conducted as three ticketed events, including:
Ages 7-10 8 a.m.-noon
Ages 11-14 1-5 p.m.
Ages 15-18 6-10 p.m.
The semifinals qualifying round will reduce the roughly 50-75 competitors in each bracket down to 10 finalists in each age division. The finalists will compete during a final concert event Sunday, May 2 at The Irvine Barclay Theater. Celebrity judges will attend the concert and give contestants feedback as they perform.
Winners will be determined by a combination of votes from the panel of judges and the attending theater audience that night.
