Smiley Library will hold its seventh annual Family Day Saturday, Oct. 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The days activities are geared toward children in grades K-5 and will include fun with reading and crafts.
Ashley Wolff, author and illustrator of the Miss Bindergarten series, "Stella and Roy Go Camping" and "Who Took the Cookies from the Cookie Jar" will make a presentation at 11:30 a.m. in the Assembly room. She will be available to sign books after the talk. Each attending child will receive a free book.
Sponsors for the days activities include The Friends of the Library, the Library's Endowment Fund and the University of Redlands.
