Sheba has a skin condition that can cause temporary hair loss in patches. It is relatively benign and is easily treated when it acts up. It is a congenital disorder, an immune deficiency, which generally will not have an effect on her. Stress of current shelter situation most likely brought on the skin condition. It is not contagious and is easily and inexpensively treated. One of our wonderful volunteers took Sheba to her own vet to get this diagnosis so that anyone who adopted Sheba could rest assured that she is perfectly adoptable.
Sheba is spayed, up to date on shots, seems to get along well w/other dogs and she is available NOW!
