The folks at HEAL are mourning the loss of little Dino. Sadly this little 10-week old pup was thrown out of a moving car in front of a San Bernardino Apartment complex. Although he was taken to the shelter he refused to eat and passed away yesterday. The cruelty of humans sometimes is unfathomable.
