This was a FREE spay or neuter for ALL household dogs in the areas serviced by the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter. All surgeries were performed at General Dog and Cat Hospital located at 456 S Arrowhead Ave in San Bernardino. Please contact HEAL for further information at (909) 436-8065.
