This adorable little guy is approx. 2 years old & weighs just 11 lbs!!  He is available for adoption TODAY. He is an incredibly sweet boy...always in a good mood, loves everybody, not hyper, excellent dog! He is very friendly, adorable and sweet!!!

He is neutered, up to date on shots, seems to get along just fine w/other dogs and is all ready to go!!

This is a gorgeous Tortoise Calico girl!  She is very, very sweet.  She had her litter of kittens at the shelter, they have been adopted and now she is waiting for a forever home of her own, too.  She is very friendly and is ready to be adopted TODAY!  She is 1 yr. old and a petite, 7 pound girl.

She is litterbox- trained, spayed, up to date on her shots and seems to get along just fine w/other kitties!

Here is a special puppy who needs a miracle!  He is a beautiful, purebred Border Collie.  He came to the Ramona Humane Society a month ago as a stray...he is 4 months old now and he has either an injury to his hips or a congenital issue. Either way, he needs an Angel to help him and who will take him 'as is'...and maybe be willing to put some $ into him to find out what exactly is wrong. The shelter just doesn't have the funds, but instead of euthanizing him they allowed me to put

 him here in the hopes that some special angel out there would be willing to adopt him. He needs some x-rays to know for sure what is wrong. Our Vet says it's from an old injury. He doesn't act like anything hurts him, he just walks very differently. He runs in his own awkward way, seemingly in no pain, just awkwardly. He loves to run and chase a ball, but what he loves the most is to be with people.

Just the sweetest creature I think I've seen in a long, long time. I can't tell you enough about how precious this baby is!!!  He has the most adorable personality, so loving, attentive, sweet, obedient, willing to please! He's not skittish at all, he even barked and acted like a little watchdog when a big truck rolled into the parking lot. He may need hip surgery, but oh my god, he is one of the dearest, cutest, sweetest creatures I've ever seen.

This beautiful kitty is a Siamese mix. She has bluest eyes, is up to date on her shots and will be spayed prior to her adoption. She is a very petite little girl, weighing only 6.6 lbs. She seems to get along w/other cats, is litter-box trained, is 2 yrs. old and is really a beautiful cat!

"Reggie" - Shepherd male Mix

Reggie is approximately 9-years-old and weighs 69 pounds. He is neutered and available for adoption TODAY. His previous owners were moving and couldn't keep Reggie anymore. They wrote that Reggie is house trained, seems to be good with cats and other dogs, but no kids.

Please ask about our Senior-to-Senior Citizen discount, if you are interested in Reggie & a senior citizen, he will be ½ price!

Wilbur

Rottie/Shepherd male Mix

This is Wilbur! He is 3 yrs. old and weighs 54 lbs. He is a very happy, sweet and active boy!! His previous owner said he knows some commands (sit) and that he listens when you tell him something. He is housebroken, does not get into the garbage and does not chew furniture. They also said he loves car rides. Sounds like a pretty nice dog to me! Wilbur has an extremely appealing personality! Everyone who knows him, loves him!

"Lucy" - Dachshund Mix

This beautiful Calico girl came to us as a stray, so we estimate her age to be around 1 1/2 yrs. old.  She has medium long hair and she's very sweet and affectionate. Gorgeous girl!!

Chihuahua female mix


This beautiful, very soft, orange and white, neutered male cat is very laid back, loves to just hang out and is a very sweet boy. He's not shy and he's not needy...he has a very nice personality! He is approx. 1 yr. old. He seems to get along fine with the other cats in the Kitty Korral. He is neutered, litter box trained, up to date on his shots and can be adopted TODAY!

Kujo is a big, sweet Teddy Bear!  He is 7 years old and weighs 178 lbs!!!  I think he is one of the biggest dogs at the shelter right now!  He is funny and loyal and just great company!  If you like big, cuddly dogs, this guy's for you!  His previous owner said they turned him in due to allergies. He seems to be good with  other dogs.  They said he does not dig holes in the yard and he does not get into the garbage.

This beautiful boy is approx. 3 years old and weighs 42 lbs. He is neutered and gets along great with other dogs. He looks like he might be a mix of Cocker Spaniel, Clumber Spaniel or English Springer Spaniel. He is very calm, sweet and a very happy go lucky boy!!

This precious little girl got turned in by her owner because they were losing their home. She is a beautiful apricot/white color that is really pretty!  She is 8-9 months old, spayed and up to date on her shots. She is just so endearing...she is a bit shy, but very quickly warms up to you when you show her affection!! A very dear little girl!!

This is Ginger!  She is a gorgeous orange and white, spayed 6 year old kitty! She is very friendly and not shy one bit...comes right up to people! The reason she was brought to the shelter was because their dog tried to attack her!! Ginger is spayed, litter box trained, up to date on her shots and gets along with other cats!

Cookie is approximately 5-years-old and weighs 55 pounds. She is spayed and is available for adoption now. She is great with children, gets along great with other dogs and walks very nicely on a loose leash!  She sits and shakes hands on command and up-to-date on her shots. Her previous owners lost their home and couldn't keep her anymore. She is house trained and was an inside dog. She is a really nice all-around family dog!

Max is a beautiful, DECLAWED, 7 1/2 yr. old brown and white male Tabby cat! He is a fairly large cat, 15 lbs., and is really a big, lovable baby at heart. Max gets along w/other cats. He wants to be reassured that you love him and then he's fine and full of confidence. He needs love to be happy. He has a very healthy and shiny coat, too!
